I recently gave a 1 star review due to not receiving an order, however it appears the order was lost by royal mail in transit, a representative of Oodie contacted them and found this out Royal mail did not give me any idea of where my order was and although it was not Oodies fault have sent a replacement through, great customer service

Hasn't arrived ordered 2 weeks after…

Hasn't arrived ordered 2 weeks after ordering. On the royal mail tracker says its in the Midlands but I'm not sure if it actually is or has been sent out at all.....
