Paid $800 and NO SUPPORT!! I purchased Bass Dragon, Drum Monkey, Midi Wizard, and Sound Doctor and non of them are working properly on my new Mac.
I have reached out to support over and over and no one gets back to me.
This company is a low ticket offer model that cares about generating revenue and not keeping customers happy. They know it, we know it.
This is the number one reason companies fail over time. These guys won't be here in a decade if this level of disrespect continues.
