The customer service is all about the customer with this boutique.The prices are on point as well and he had exactly what I wanted and was a pleasure to do business with. I 100% recommend.

Not my first time purchasing luxury timepieces, but it was my first time dealing with Watches of Whitby. By far, WoW have given the best service. The purchasing process was flawless and easy, a phonecall was made to me within 30 minutes to organise delivery, and I received the delivery the very next day!

Beyond this, the customer service is polite and on point. I was getting very quick responses on email, no matter how silly or small my question was.

The watch was also exactly as described and the price was great.
