we were recommended this solicitor. All was OK, until I spoke to giovanna for the first time for an update. Her tone was rude and patronising. Told me it takes 2 days to answer emails. I found her very difficult to speak too due to her manner. Within a few weeks, she eventually told myself and my brother she didn't want to speak to us, only my son. Enquiries took almost a week to deal with. At one point, a restriction was found, which took 4 days to come back, but was for the wrong house!
The whole process took nearly 6 months, for which we did most of the research. The toll it took on my health was difficult.

Wouldn't recommend this company, and definitely not the solicitor.
