Unfortunately your refund process is…

Unfortunately your refund process is completely flawed. I have contacted customer services (no reply) paid the return cost but no returns label had been provided. I will try again with customer services but honestly this has put me off ever ordering from you again.

Lovely white dress from Newbie

I ordered a white dress from Newbie, first time I’ve ordered from this company. The dress was beautiful, really well made and high quality material. Unfortunately the style didn’t suit me so I returned it. The whole refund process was quick and efficient. I will be using Newbie again, a great find!
