Beginning as always a bit problematic. Payment done. In system - transaction canceled. We live in IT world - so dehumanisation of buying process is a bit confused. After few missed phone calls I spoke with great guy and he explained me that all is ok. Helmet received, perfect shipping and price. So at the end of day - great experience. My suggestion? Small maintanace at the beginning of buying process to not show for 4 day CANCELED ;-)
