Just drop off TV Sound bar etc

Just drop off TV Sound bar etc. did not even take wrapping off equipment left and box as well, when I had paid for set up

I am sorry to hear that the TV setup wasn't fully completed. I'd also like to apologise if we have tried to call you at a bad time.
