Waste of money, ignore the app

Before buying the “Premium Version” of the app, it kept showing messages saying that I had missed a specific slot a few minutes or hours ago. However, as soon as I purchased the “Premium Version,” it suddenly stopped notifying me about the missed slots. The last slot I missed was maybe around 20 days ago. Because I logged out I think that if I reset the app, I might start getting notifications about cancellations again. But after I logged out and tried to log back in, it kept saying “under maintenance". Before logged out I gave feedback through the app regarding cancellations, still I haven't received any response

On the other hand, my friend, who subscribed using “testi,” still receives notifications about cancellations quite often.

Too many disappointments and disadvantages. Spending money on this app feels like a "waste of money "

They haven't gave refund

I had booked a flight ticket, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I cancelled it within 24 hours of booking. At the time of cancellation, it showed that I would receive a full refund within 5-7 working days. However, I still haven't received the refund. I made several calls in the initial days, and each time they told me I would receive the refund shortly. They claimed the airline had not refunded them yet, and only once they received the refund from the airline could they process mine. They kept asking me to wait.

It's been a week since I last called them, and now it's been 82 days since I cancelled. They're still giving the same excuse—that the airline hasn't refunded them yet, and I need to wait until they receive it.

I recommend, please avoid this website for everything.
