I ordered an Ultra Mobile SIM for myself and my husband. When the SIMs arrived December 20th we discovered the mobile data service was not compatible with our phones. This is after we had already checked for compatibility online on the merchant's website and verified the phones would work. We asked to cancel both lines and get a refund. We were told we couldn't get a refund but after some consideration the merchant said they'd issue me a refund (not for the full amount, which still has not arrived) and they would cancel services. I followed up today December 29th to find that my full refund wasn't issued only a partial and only one line has been cancelled. I was also still signed up for auto bill pay. Now they advised today this has been cancelled but I am suspect as they messed it up the first time. They also told us the phones were locked and that's why they aren't compatible but this isn't true. The phonea were bought in Europe, and they aren't locked to any carrier which is why we did an online compatibility check before we bought the SIMs. I copied and saved the first chat conversation. Please see attached. We bought a family plan and we're never told the two phone numbers were being treated separately since they were supposed to be part of the same plan as that is how they were set up. I'm really worried it wasn't cancelled properly, they will bill us again and the refund (full or otherwise) won't be settled. Please help up us! Because the service was cancelled for only one of the lines I no longer have online access so I can't even check to see if my auto pay was cancelled as I requested it. I have to take their word for it and I just do not trust that they are doing the right thing here.
In addition to response from Ultra Mobile dated January 2nd 2025. I already spoke to your customer service several times. I was advised you won't help me. And the partial refund still hasn't arrived!

They sold us a heater and scheduled delivery. I took the whole day off work to wait for the delivery. It never arrived and when I called them, they said it would be there the next day. Instead they called me the next day, and they first told me I didn't pay for the item. I had to advise that was incorrect and to look again. They called me back and said the heater was not in stock. I bought it on a gift card and with cash and now they said they can only give me cash for the cash part and store credit for the rest. I don't want store credit I don't want to shop at their store. They sold me an item that they didn't have and then I wasted a whole day waiting for them to deliver it. The item is still live on their website by the way.
