RenewTech canceled my order without a reason
RenewTech canceled my order without giving any reason and my company was expecting these parts this week. As a consequence, this will hinder my business.
**Edit**: After contacting and receiving the reasonings, I was able to re-order. The package came fast and well protected. Will do business again in the future.

We try to make it as clear as possible in the ordering process that we only do business with companies and therefore need a valid VAT id within Europe. We have a required field for this purpose. I am very sorry if this was not your experience.
Usually, we send out an email with all the above information, but you only got the note "cancelled" because we have had some issues with this automatisation the last couple of days. This should be fixed now.
