Disappointed with Sohome’s Service and Warranty Process
I purchased a couch from Sohome that started unraveling within the warranty period. Over two months ago, I reported the issue, but the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have been passed back and forth without clear answers about when or even if the replacement will happen.
The lack of transparency and consistent communication has been disappointing. At times, it has felt as though the company is intentionally avoiding addressing my concerns. As a customer, this has severely eroded my confidence in Sohome’s ability to stand by their products and honor their warranties.
