DHL have pushed back my delivery once again…
DHL have pushed back my delivery once again. I cannot keep rearranging my schedule to accommodate for delivery times that keep changing.
DHL supposedly arrived at my door on Wednesday 25th Sept and Thursday 26th Sept, a point at which there were 4 of us in the house, stating they attempted a delivery and have left a calling card. I received no calling card. There is no proof they even arrived at my door.
It was stated that my parcel would arrive on Friday 27th September, I cancelled my shift to ensure I’d be here. The delivery date was then moved to Monday 30th.
I cancelled another shift on Monday 30th September, the delivery date was then changed to Tuesday 1st October.
The expected delivery date according to the app is now Wednesday 2nd October.
I cannot contact DHL without speaking to an unhelpful, automated responder who cannot provide me with answers. I have tried to reach out through email but I’ve yet to have received a response.
I would be willing to travel to their depot to pick up the parcel myself, however, perhaps due to the value of my parcel, I am unable to request a collection or even alter delivery dates on the DHL app.
I cannot continue cancelling shifts or continue to wait indefinitely for my parcel to arrive.
It has been nearly a week since my parcel has been ‘out for delivery’, my concern is growing. I am beginning to worry that my parcel has been lost or stolen. DHL have been radio silent for days regarding updates to where on earth my parcel even is.
If there is anybody that could help that would be massively appreciated.
