DO NOT CONTACT ONLINE

I called their landline on Tuesday - 6/05/25 and spoke to a lady, who said that if I want to go ahead with my booking then I should take down her number and her name was Maya.

I did do this in fact and then I returned the call on Friday afternoon. I called the number and was scammed £600 over the phone. I questioned many times why she did not send me a link.

When I called the number back, the main landline they told me it was a scam and that I had been lied to? Personally I think one of their colleagues is scamming people for money aside from the company.

Do not go with Boom

Do not go with Boom. It is all a scam, I showed proof of my occupation that there has been no significant changes to my occupation however they are trying to add additional premiums. I mentioned that I’m now qualified however they assumed that I have a change in occupation at the moment. The complaints team completely neglected my point of view and did not ask for the full details of my complaint. Instead they based it off the one telephone recording where I expressed I have become qualified.

I then showed them that my current role is a 0 hour contract play/teaching assistant and they completely dismissed this. I do not recommend because even the ‘complaints’ team do not know how to deal with customer service, I was in communication with someone called Jahmal.
