Due to a link in their emails, my subscription restarted on 2 different accounts resulting in 2x 100usd per month subscription. When I emailed support they only wanted to give back about 15usd. I said I disagreed and then offered to give 70usd in credit. I disagreed again and then they offered to refund 100usd. Shitty service to need to disagree 3 times before you actually get money back they were not allowed to take in the first place. Can't recommend.
I placed an order with Brandsparkle Sp. z o.o. and paid the full invoice amount of €7,200 in August 2024. Over the course of 1.5 years, I have not received a single product, despite countless follow-ups.
The company failed at multiple stages:
They never officially confirmed the production had started.
They did not send the final ingredients list for approval (which was required before production).
They failed to ship a sample in March, before my business trip to China.
They promised to send packaging samples by June 2025 — it’s now the end of August, and I still haven’t received anything.
A partial refund (€3,700) was sent by someone named Roberto, but he never responded again to any of my emails or calls despite many attempts.
As of today, I have lost all trust in this company. I have formally cancelled the order and requested the remaining €3,500 refund. If not refunded within 14 days, I will be reporting the case to Polish authorities (UOKiK) and taking legal action.
This has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend doing business with this company based on my experience.
Jaar moeten wachten op mijn terugbetaling. Meerdere keren contact gemaild maar kreeg geen gehoor. 1 jaar later wordt er contact gezocht en cashback overgemaakt. Echter, deden ze dit per ongeluk 2x. Toen ik niet snel genoeg terugbetaalde, dreigde ze met juridische stappen te ondernemen als ik niet binnen 5 dagen terug betaalde (terwijl ik zelf 365+ dagen op mijn geld heb moeten wachten). De telefonische klantenservice medewerker, die zogenaamd weet hoe hij met mensen om moet gaan omdat hij Hotelschool heeft gestudeerd, snapt er naar mijn mening niet zo veel van. Mijn tip, doe geen zaken met Knaek.

We begrijpen dat je ontevreden bent over hoe je oorspronkelijke cashbackaanvraag is verlopen – dat is ook precies waarom we, ondanks de lange tijd en extra moeite die het kostte, alsnog hebben gezorgd dat je het bedrag ontving waar je recht op had.
Wat je in je review echter weglaat, is dat het bedrag per ongeluk twee keer is uitbetaald. In je eigen e-mail geef je aan dit bedrag terug te zullen storten. Tijdens ons telefoongesprek draai je dat ineens om en besluit je het bedrag te houden als ‘compensatie’. Dat is niet hoe het werkt – een onverschuldigde betaling moet wettelijk worden terugbetaald. Dat hebben we je na het gesprek ook duidelijk en correct per e-mail laten weten.
Ontevredenheid uiten mag altijd, maar het is belangrijk om bij de feiten te blijven. Een review schrijven op basis van emotie zonder het hele verhaal te delen, zet ons – onterecht – in een kwaad daglicht. We gaan er dan ook vanuit dat je hierin de nodige aanpassingen overweegt.
I had high hopes when I signed a contract with Meezy in May, expecting a smooth expansion of my business to multiple marketplaces. They promised to handle everything—product listings, translations, PPC management, customer service, VAT compliance, and more. What did I actually get? Excuses, delays, and half-finished work. Now, I demand a refund for their services, but after letting me wait for a month for a reply, they offer to pay back €2,000, which means I paid €3,000 for about 20 translated listings (done with AI by one of their teammembers in Egypt). I feel scammed and would not recommend working with Meezy.

Hey Tom, we think it's very unfortunate that you had a bad experience.
We have to admit that we're taken a bit aback by your review, as it does not match our experience, nor the experience that you've made us believe you had throughout up until a couple weeks back where you started demanding your money back.
As of the time of writing, your products are published and active on each of the marketplaces initially agreed upon.
Over 170 orders have been generated thus far, and revenue is consistently growing MoM as we speak.
The project did take longer than anticipated, for which we sincerely apologize, and back it up by having went way beyond the budget in order to progress through it, and waiving many months of payments for this very reason.
Not every project is the same. This one for instance had issues with EAN codes being occupied under different content, products being suppressed due to various reasons, Kaufland misinterpreting your products and recategorizing under wrong categories - problems unrelated to our team's efforts but part of the usual hassle of selling on marketplaces.
As for the content, we have updated each piece of content various times without hesitation, going over the keywords research multiple times, and incorporated it into the content.
Also did we design a brand book along with a storefront for Amazon, completely for free. Opposite to your belief, the translation of 35+ listings to four different languages were not done by AI.
We loved working on your products and are very saddened it having to end like this, but regardless we wish you and your brand the best of luck going forward.
Slechte service. BV ingeschreven en duidelijk aangegeven dit via activa/passiva transactie te doen. Via telefoongesprek bij controle besprokenmde startdatum van mijn eenmanszaak over te willen nemen. Dit zijn ze vergeten te doen. Enige wat firm24 doet met 'helpen' is via de mail aan te geven dat ze er niks meer aan kunnen veranderen. Waardeloos.

Samenwerking met Lorenzo was erg fijn. Goed bereikbaar, weet wat hij doet en is fijn om mee te communiceren. Makkelijk om even een meeting in te plannen om wat dingen te bespreken en aanpassingen door te voeren
