AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I ordered Giant Glory Frame Fork Bumpers on August 28th.
I immediately received a confirmation email and the seller sent me another email the next day to say that my item had been dispatched and that it could take up to 21 working days to arrive in Germany. Today (20 working days later) I checked Royal Mail's website to see how long shipping takes:
“It depends on which service you use.
Our International Tracked & Signed and International Tracked services aim to deliver parcels and letters to Germany in 3-4 working days, while our International Economy service takes up to 15 days.”
This prompted me to request a refund of my payment from PP.
PP refunded me immediately and without any problems. It seems that Activesport.co.uk has a bad reputation not only here but also at PP. Or why did PP refund me the minute I requested the refund?
