It took a month to get my ID verified, then I could finally request a payout. I requested a payout on September 5th. I haven't received it and it's October 15th and I've received nothing. I've emailed support multiple times and no response other then the generic ai response.

I was excited for this new casino, games selection was pretty good, until I tried to redeem, I've been waiting for my redemption for 5 days now, it's been cancelled twice. I doubt I'll ever receive the winnings. I would avoid this one, too many issues to make this worth it.

It says you can call yourself, when I did I was was put on hold and when she came back, I was told to wait for verification department to call in 24-48 hours! Why say you can call to verify if you just give the same script from the email? I've played on many social casinos, this is the first time I've even heard of a phone call for verification! I'm very doubtful I'll receive the redemption, this is all very sketchy to me. I will update if I get any assistance or my redemption.

Update I did not receive my redemption to my bank account, nor did they ever call me for verification, however I did withdraw successfully for gift cards. So if playing for gift cards is cool with you then it's alright.
