Worst customer support ever
The Gotogate customer support partnership is horrible.
I contacted a support agent about my refund, which was late by multiple weeks. He told me the refund had been sent to me 2 weeks earlier, and that it's my problem that I'm not seeing it.
After I insisted, he eventually told me he looked into the issue more closely, and actually the refund hadn't been processed, and that he'll escalate the issue. He informed me that I should see a refund within 72 hours (as in, by Monday).
When I asked if that's 3 business days, he was very confused, and explained that he has trouble understanding english.
After several repetitions, he then told me he actually meant 3 business days, and that I am lying and made up the 72 hours. He then asked me to hang up, since the GotoGate agents are not allowed to disconnect their lines.
