KQI2 Pro no delivery
I ordered the KQI2 Pro nearly four weeks ago for delivery to Ireland, and it still hasn't been shipped or processed. I've been contacting customer service daily, but the experience has been frustrating. They are unhelpful, often rude, and consistently claim their partner responsible for providing updates is unavailable. Despite my efforts, I still have no idea where my scooter is, and €400 is a significant amount to be left in the dark about. I'm considering legal action, as my brother is a lawyer. Has anyone else experienced this, or have advice on what to do next?
