Con artist company

24th June On Running received my returned trainers that cost £260, I’ve had no refund & the customer service is terrible so 6 days ago I left a review on this site explaining my dissatisfaction, I received a response stating that the regional manager will be in contact to resolve the situation, Well I’ve heard nothing & its almost a month since my trainers were returned, I’ve exhausted every avenue & I’ve come to the conclusion that On Cloud are just a load of thieves tbh, I’ve made an appointment with my Bank to sort this problem out with a chargeback which will cost the company a fee, Never again will I purchase anything from this amateur company.

If you want the full Spa experience go somewhere else

Luckily my contract is coming to its end with Total fitness Chester, Always something broke in the spa area, Winter time your guaranteed to have a cold Hydro pool obviously to save money on energy costs, On top of that the steam room never has steam & the sauna is always broke, Poor hygiene throughout the venue & shower area always rubbish left, Not worth the £50 off peak price because you very rarely get the full experience. Rubbish venue.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Return was received by On running on the 24th June, It’s now the 14th July & still no refund, Keep getting the same generic answers from their I Bot, But no solutions, I’m now feeling like I’ve been scammed, This has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
