No problems at all with my order

No problems at all with my order, very pleased with the company and service and will use again.

UPS on the other hand is whole new ball game, bloody useless company who couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery.

On delivery the 2.5ltr bottle of VG was…

On delivery the 2.5ltr bottle of VG was split and leaked into the package, approx 100ml was lost. When sending large items, it might be best to box them up instead of just rapping them in bubble rap and a plastic bag.

Sorry to hear that. We do apologise.

We apologise for the leak. All bottles are sealed with red tape once the tops are put on. We also double bag the parcels as you have seen, ensuring more safety.

As with any liquids, there is always a chance of leaking in transit, regardless of how well they are packaged (in our case we double pack and include a waterproof liner as well as bubble-wrap in the envelope.) We have leakages at times from our own suppliers, too. It is always a concern how a package is handled in transit, but we do our best.

In this case, it's more to do with the handling of the package in transit - as the parcel and products were sent secure. We do use boxes for larger orders and sizes, however.

The good news is it is seldom for major leaks to occur (99% of orders do not have any major leaks), considering we pack as well as possible.
