I wanted a watch “of ages” something special - Adam delivered - but - it was not quite what I wanted! He went over and above to help me decide what was the best option for me. I can’t recommend this company enough - if you want to invest in a high end watch - Adam is the guy - professional, tolerant (I asked a lot of silly questions) customer service orientated, reliable and trustworthy - which when you spend this much on a watch is imperative. I did my home work - looked at all the reviews, reviewed the accounts of the company on company house - all was genuine - great company, great customer service - I am over the moon with my “bucket list” time piece

The care in customer service was outstanding- I had a few questions and found the winder was not what I needed for my watch’s collection - Rogier went through what would be best - sent me video explanations of what to do/ look out for on my winder - it’s was arguably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had - I will definitely recommend the company if you need a world class watch winder
