Great customer service experience!!
I know a lot of people have had bad experiences with customer service, but I have to say, I was impressed. I wanted to return the equipment because I just wasn't seeing results, and I worried that continued use would be futile. (Backstory: I've used electrolysis before, and that's supposed to be the be-all-end-all of hair removal. That didn't work, so why would IPL?)
Anyway, they were so kind in their response and told me to keep using it for a couple MONTHS (!!!!) and see if I continue to see no results. If after that time I am still unsatisfied, they would happily set up the return. That is undeniably generous, and I so appreciate that. I feel like I'm being taken care of, like whomever I was talking to totally knew what it was like to want to get rid of hair and couldn't do it. So kudos to Ulike for that. I am genuinely grateful:)
