The YouTube Premium account only lasted a few months despite being a year, now receiving no responses.

Initially had a delay with order, after eventually getting through to Phil and him explaining the delay, he resolved the issues immediately, sending it that day with the tracking details and included an extra item to compensate for the mixup. Really happy with the products I received, will definitely be ordering again.
