Rude company

Bought some of there oat milk hot chocolate and salted caramel hot chocolate. The product is tasteless we spent a lot of money on the product which isn't worth. I have emailed the company twice and they have been ignoring me which I find very rude. Don't buy this companies products

Water butt issues

I was bought a water butt last year by my nan but it has now developed a crack/spilt on the base and isn't holding any water. I went to use it yesterday and found no water in it. I can't speak to my nan about it as she has passed away four weeks ago. I have also been told that you would need to see a death certificate which I find very insensitive. It's not something that I would even think about making up.

I contacted customer services last week and have been told that crack/spilt isn't cover by a guarantee. The water butt was only purchased on 31st May 2023. This product isn't fit for purpose if it only just lasts over a year. It's a manufacturing fault as the product used in making the water butt isn't fit for purpose. I haven't done anything to it and used it for it's purpose of collecting water to help the environment. Which its not very environmentally friendly if a water butt last just over a year.
Do you believe that a water butt should last just over a year?

I would have accepted it going wrong after 5 years but not 1.

I have emailed a complaint to the escalations department last week but haven't heard anything and feel they are ignoring me. I am not happy with customers service department of Wickes.
