Great tasting meat straight from the farm. I only have positive words to say about sustainably grown UK meat. I try to vote for real high welfare sustainably grown British produce. My believe that if animals eat their "traditional" diet it results in healthy meat for us humans. Sure, its more expensive than the supermarket produce, but it my opinion its worth it. I mostly buy and cook the meat/bone broth/organ meat for my children. Great product and service.

Review of Mindvalley
Investment/Trading Mastery
I have been a long-time customer of Mindvalley and have benefited from several of their programs. However, my experience with the Trading Mastery Program, which was sold during the Financial Freedom Summit 2023, has been profoundly disappointing. The program was delivered exclusively by the Alfio Bardolla Training Group
Misrepresentation and Unmet Expectations
Mindvalley promised high-quality experience designed to help participants achieve financial mastery through Trading. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of these promises. The program felt more like a teaser with constant upselling rather than a comprehensive course. The content was superficial, repetitive, and lacked actionable insights, leaving many participants, including myself, frustrated and disappointed.
Poor Course Structure and Delivery
The program was poorly organized, with sessions that were either too rushed or unnecessarily prolonged. It became apparent that the promised mastery in Trading financial Markets was primarily a marketing tactic, lacking real substance. The strategies demonstrated were based on custom-build half baked indicators or used risky akin to gambling methods. Furthermore, the details on implementation were lacking so as instruction on how to really learn were limited to “use demo account” and “don’t stay in demo for too long-go into live trading”. The instructors obviously lacked teaching skills.
Once the course began, the constant upselling further eroded trust. The tree components of the course were Forex/Crypto, Commodities and ETFs. After the live sessions a detailed course for offered for the respective instruments so “advanced” knowledge can be obtained. Thus the co-called Mastery did not include all that is need to master the trading.
To add insult to injury, the instructors were inconsistent in quality. One instructor, from the Alfio Bardolla Training Group, was shockingly condescending to a fellow student, which tarnished the entire experience.
Conclusion
The Trading Mastery program has severely underdelivered, and I would caution others to think twice before considering this or any other high-ticket program from Mindvalley. Mindvalley needs to take immediate steps to address these issues if they wish to maintain their reputation for providing valuable and transformative learning experiences.

Trading Mastery part 1 Forex and Crypto. Total wealth masteryalth mastery course by Mindvalley
This is to review the Trading Mastery course by Mindvalley that was delivered by Alfio Bardolla group. The cost of the course in 2023 was $6999+VAT.
Firstly, the payment for the course was taken as one-off payment, without option to split the cost over time. The payment in full was required during the Financial Freedom Summit by Mindvalley where the course was marketed. The program start was two months after the payment was taken. So 15-days money back warranty was not applicable by design.
The course was divided into three topics: 1)Forex and crypto, 2)Commodities, and 3)ETF and stocks. For each of these topics there were two full days of live training. For all three topics there were only a total of 4 hours of coaching (this is for all of these! Not each).
Forex & crypto was delivered by two teachers. Strategies presented by one teacher were post news strategy for 2 forex pairs and an active buy and hold for bitcoin. The both strategies did not require any specific tools other than regular indicators available on most charting/trading platforms. Which makes them accessible. The teacher showed his spreadsheets with historical data demonstrating profitability of the strategies long term. Additionally, it was advised on how to calculate the risk and volume per trade. However, the approach to actual learning of these strategies was to either go live or start demo trading, thus forward testing at the speed of the market. It is known that until the technical details can be learned to the point of automation, it can be very discouraging to live/or demo trade for a newbie. Needless to say, I followed the advised and lost money. This made me question the strategies and my ability to ever be able to trade.
The second trainer taught two strategies based on custom built indicators. Which require specific settings and were not communicated clearly in addition to having glitches. The teacher suggested that these indicators cost a lot of money and need constant maintenance from his programmers as the ‘market constantly change’. No support or updated versions were offered to date, effectively rendering the earlier provided files useless. The trainer demonstrated an automated backtest as evidence for returns on the strategies within the MT4 platform. The teacher advised to do a demo account trading for only a short while and jump into the live trading sooner rather than later. It has been over eight months since I learned the strategies and received indicators. To date, I lost more money than I earned with the indicators and the strategies taught.
The teaching missed a lot of further details on execution. The coach who ment to answer my questions did not know the answers as he does not trade himself! Some students from the cohort had a more knowledgeable coach who provided some further detail information required to implement the strategies. I only find out that supertrend settings need to be adjusted to account for volatility (still I don’t know how the volatility can be gauged) in the Trading Diary course (which was an upsale during the main course, $1500+VAT! Similarly, the specific scenario for the active buy and hold strategy on Bitcoin was communicating during the Trading Diary. Unfortunately, by then I have entered the market with real money using only partial strategy and lost money!
Additionally, and most importantly no trading plan was recommended by the teaches, other than an immediate use of demo account and the use of live account soon after, it seems that the “teachers” had very limited experience in teaching and/or do not trade themselves… No trading mind set, or expectations were discussed. The overall information was presented to give hopes of high return immediately upon starting to use the strategy. However, after eight months of practicing the strategies, none of them delivered any consistent returns, but instead produced losses! If the strategies are true – then their delivery is insufficient!
Thus the course provided a strategy (a tool, such as scalpel for a surgeon) and suggested to start trading (i.e. go ahead and cut). Overall, the sessions were too intensive and too long (9 to 5) and and focused on selling the methods not teaching them. Support was very poor and could be reached via email with inevitable delays. The coaching session i had on FX and crypto was just another lecture. The coach never turn on the camera on and said that he does not trade but knows how its done). Coach did not ask about my progress, concerns, understanding instead talked non-stop so i didnt have a chance to ask question without interrupting.
To conclude about the Forex and Crypto part of the course, teachers had poor teaching skills and the strategies were just presented. I was not equipped with trading skills at the course
