Shilajit is a God-given grace for removing toxins collected in the body throughout my time in the engine room of the U.S. Ocean Glory ship. I'm often exposed to Marine diesel oil, Heavy Fuel Oil, Lube oil, Napthalene from PB blaster, fiber glass from insulation, and lead from emergency breathing devices. Napthalene, lead, and benzene from oil are main toxins having much diffculty being filtered by the kidneys. These all add to renal dysfunction, growth of cancer, and increase levels of autistic behaviour. I needed a stronger toxin binder than activated charcoal.
