Do NOT trust this company – almost made me miss my flight


I booked a taxi for 8 a.m. to get to the airport. They confirmed the time but on the day, they casually told me they’d be coming at 10 a.m. That’s TWO HOURS LATE. I was shocked. It was 100% their mistake, and they didn’t even care. No apology. No solution. Just a careless attitude while I was left panicking about missing an international flight.

This company is completely unreliable. If you have somewhere important to be especially a flight do NOT use them. They nearly ruined my entire trip.

Avoid at all costs.

MY PARCEL GOT STOLEN BECAUSE OF THEM

I LOST MY PARCEL THAT COST £150! THE DRIVER LEFT IT AT MY FRONT DORR BECAUSE HE SAID A NEIGHBOUR TOLD HIM ITS SAFE TO LEAVE IT OUTSIDE. MY PARCEL HAS NOW BEEN STOLEN AND WHEN I CALLED THE DRIVER TO ASK HIM HE STARTED SHOUTING SAYING I SHOULD LEAVE HIM ALONE HE CANT REMEMBER WHERE HE LEFT MY PARCEL. WHAT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HE DDNT EVEN TAKE A PIC AS TO WHERE HE LEFT IT AND WAS BEING HORRIBLE AFTER LOSING MY PARCEL. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I WAS WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR 1 HOUR AND WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE HAD AN ATTITUDE EVEN THOUGH I PASSED MY SECURITY QUESTIONS SHE KEPT INSISTING MY NUMBER IS WRONG AND REFUSED TO HELP ANY FURTHER AND HANGED UP THE CALL
