Initially the shoe size didn’t match the box size which was most likely a problem with their supplier. This company rectified the issue ASAP tho, sending out replacement pair for a very specific delivery date before the others were even returned 10/10
Beans are now 25% empty and only weigh 294g instead of the 400g “e” written on the can because Sainsburys think that customers would rather use twice the amount of cans rather than just pay an honest price increase. Complete joke
Trying to charge us £600+ when we have NEVER had an account. Adding £10 per month for a service never supplied

Awful service, constantly delaying delivery by another day at each start of day. No phone number to contact them (just a pointless automated tracking service for people too silly to track their parcel online) literally pointless. Pointless courier
