We are disappointed to receive your review.

We have reviewed your order details and subsequent communication.

We can see you ordered slats only, you advised the order was incorrect but upon further information you confirm the slat sizes received matched what you had ordered.

you advised you were expecting complete vertical blinds however you ordered slats only. Gemma offered to arrange a quote to purchase the headrails only.

You then asked to utilise your measure protect insurance to order more slats, as the insurance only covers you upto the cost of the product already paid you would be liable for the cost difference to increase the quantity of slats required.

We apologise for any disappointment however as stated the insurance covers up-to the value of goods originally purchased any size or quantity increase would result in cost increase which you would pay the difference for as per our Measure Protect Insurance T&Cs.

The delivery charge is more then the product it's ridiculous

Thank you for your review.

I understand paying shipping fees is never fun but the cost of our shipping is £8.95 but you will receive free shipping if you order:

• A pre-pack

• A complete pack of 8x SUB Kegs (or multiples of 8)

• Any appliance

• 2x Blade Kegs (or multiples of 2)

• 2x 5L kegs (or multiples of 2)

Therefore if you order a box containing a number of kegs of beer that is not 8 or multiples of 8 (for the SUB kegs and 2 or multiples of 2 for the Blade and draught kegs), you will pay the shipping costs.
