I bought a pair of $1500 AU shoes
I bought a pair of $1500 AU red bottom shoes. They arrived quickly, excellent condition but were a size too big. So I sent them back and bought the last pair in my size.
The second pair arrived damaged, I contacted them and they were at first quick to get back to me, all seemed fine. They asked for more photos, which I sent. And now, more than a week later I haven’t heard anything from them. I guess it seems like I’m stuck paying full price for damaged red bottomed shoes?
In regards to the other shoes I returned, I received confirmation that they had received them and that they’d be in touch within 5 days. It’s now been over a week and I have followed up twice. I have not heard a peep from them. What will happen to my $1,500?
Did I really just spend $3,000 for one damaged pair of shoes?

Italist will send you items quickly, they are happy and helpful in the sales process. But beware of any issues. They cease to care about you then.
I trusted the reviews on this website, I trusted Italist. I got burnt.
