Terrible sizing

Terrible sizing. Badly tailored, the waist is tight but the thigh area is super large. Have emailed daily to organise return and nobody even bothers to reply.
Absolutely shocking. Do not purchase this brand whether directly or through a third party.

This is a Chinese company pretending to…

This is a Chinese company pretending to be an American company. Their contact email is a phony email, I received an email saying ‘address not found’ after I emailed about a return, and their phone number as listed on PayPal is also fake. They have generated AI videos and posted them on TikTok to promote their fraudulent product. The confirmation of my fears were made true when I saw the package was tracked via Chinese post! I highly recommend you stay away from these Chinese con men.

I bought a pair of $1500 AU shoes

I bought a pair of $1500 AU red bottom shoes. They arrived quickly, excellent condition but were a size too big. So I sent them back and bought the last pair in my size.

The second pair arrived damaged, I contacted them and they were at first quick to get back to me, all seemed fine. They asked for more photos, which I sent. And now, more than a week later I haven’t heard anything from them. I guess it seems like I’m stuck paying full price for damaged red bottomed shoes?

In regards to the other shoes I returned, I received confirmation that they had received them and that they’d be in touch within 5 days. It’s now been over a week and I have followed up twice. I have not heard a peep from them. What will happen to my $1,500?

Did I really just spend $3,000 for one damaged pair of shoes?

That’s what Italist did to me.

Italist will send you items quickly, they are happy and helpful in the sales process. But beware of any issues. They cease to care about you then.

I trusted the reviews on this website, I trusted Italist. I got burnt.

First, we're sorry to hear you received in item in that condition and we're glad to know that our customer care team took care of you quickly.

I do see that our team has replied to your emails quickly.

There was a national holiday in Italy last week that did cause some delays among our partners boutiques which is why your return took longer than normal to process.

Your return arrived in Milan on the 12th (when you received the automated email confirming delivery). From there all returns get forwarded to the partner boutique where your order came from. It was delivered at the partner on the 19th. This is longer than normal due to the Italian Holiday that week.

The partner boutiques have 3 business days to process their returns.

Per our team's email to you earlier this morning, your refund will be issued in 24 hours.

If you have any further issues please reach out to the team as they will reply as they have been.
