If the laser is as good as the support we received...
My order payment through Paypal got fouled up and there was some confusion about the items in the order as well. I reached out through chat and Alberich immediately addressed my concerns. When my machine crashed, terminating the chat, he promptly followed up with email. Even though it took more than a day to resolve everything, he kept me in the loop with excellent communication throughout. Most companies can manage to field a decent product. Very few have support that can match. xTool's support is superb. Now I just can't wait to actually receive our laser! If it is as good as the support we received, there wouldn't be enough stars to rate it as deserved.
