Marvelous Maria!

Marvelous Maria!
I had two issues with my data feed a login credentials. Both were caused by me. I emailed the zendesk for help. Within minutes Maria responded asking for additional info. For each event, after I sent the requested info, again within minutes, Maria had each problem solve and I was back online. Great support.
Can't ask for more

Rockin Ryan!

I sent in a support ticket at 12:48pm ET.
At 12:53 Ryan responded via email as well my client portal that they are looking into it. At 12:58pm Ryan notified again of the procedures they took.

At 1:05 pm I logged into the server and all is well. All systems will have issues at some time. After that, it's all the support.

This is a level of expert tech support which I have never experienced elsewhere.
