Great Company Response

Whilst Fridge Friend did not seem to work in our caravan fridge, Jonathan from FF was more than helpful with helpful hints and assistance. A no hassle money back was promptly settled and we move on….

I’m really sorry to hear it’s not working as expected—let’s see if we can turn that around quickly for you.

We want every customer to be 100% happy, and that can mean troubleshooting together, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund—whatever works best for you.

From experience, here are a few common reasons why results might vary:
1. Activation & care – It’s easy to miss a step during setup or maintenance. Here's a link to our latest Freshness Blueprint, which is full of tips on how to get the best performance from your Fridge Friends: https://www.fridgefriend.com/pages/setup-guide

2. Placement matters – Fridge Friend works best near your fresh produce. If it’s tucked away on the top shelf or door, it may not be as effective.

3. Fridge airflow – Good circulation and smart storage can make a big difference. A crowded fridge may limit performance.

4. Timing – The minerals inside can take a few days to fully activate and create noticeable changes—especially in larger fridges.

5. Bigger loads – If your fridge is large or packed with fresh produce, you may need two or more units for the best effect.

It’s also worth noting that factors such as the freshness of your food to begin with, how often the fridge is opened, and local climate conditions can all play a role.

That said, occasionally we encounter a unit that simply doesn’t perform as it should. If that’s what’s happening here, we’ll replace it at no cost—or find a solution that works for you
