I've been waiting over two months for my case. Customer service has communicated with me, but their only solution to them, having a case showing in stock and having a two month delay was just refunding me my money. It would be nice if they would do something for the customer for having to wait two months for a case that they showed in stock. I guess if you order from them be patient.

The chair itself is 5 stars.
1. The adrenaline x-rocker is not bluetooth, disappointed to find that out after purchasing.
2. Customer service isn't the best when you have questions. I was struggling with connection and their YT videos are not very helpful.
3. If you want a wireless experience you'll need the transmitter kit.

I would recommend the chair to anyone simply because the gaming experience is enhanced
