I recently purchased a 3 way charging…

I recently purchased a 3 way charging station from PixelCase.com, I did receive the charger and it came straight from China, but I am not happy with the charging stand. It is cheap and the website says that it is MagSafe compatible, it is not. It also says that it is compatible with the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and it is not, it has a rubber booster to put under it to raise the phone up so it will kind of charge. I contacted the "customer service team" via email within 2 days of receiving this product (you must contact them within 7 days to claim a return...very sketchy). I received an email with broken English saying to return it to their warehouse in China and they provided the address, then it says that they will refund me once the shipping info is received via email. On the website it says that they will send a shipping label to me to use to return it, but the email says nothing about that and sounds like they want me to foot the bill on shipping this back to China, no thank you...I emailed them back asking them about the prepaid return label that they said that they would send me to return the item and I haven't received another email. Here's a review for you all who are considering buying from this site, the products are over priced Chinese garbage that they say are the best quality (they're not) and they make claims about their products that aren't true so you'll buy them and then they make it difficult to return so you will give up and not return the item and just eat the money and are stuck with a cheap piece of plastic that kind of works. Do not buy from this website, definitely a scam, any company that makes it this hard to return their products to get a refund is a scam, they lie about their products and make claims of their quality, but they are cheap and not worth the money. Still waiting for an email back to confirm that I'm getting my shipping label so I can return this cheap plastic charger to China. I don't believe the majority of good reviews on here they sound fake just like the fake responses from Madison Reed.

🔍 Product Compatibility

Our 3-in-1 charger is designed to support the Pixel 9 Pro Fold via Qi wireless charging. However, we understand the charging pad may not align perfectly due to the device’s unique size and shape — this is why we include a booster pad. If it didn’t work well for you, that’s absolutely valid and we’re sorry it didn’t meet expectations.

📦 MagSafe Clarification

We’ve reviewed the product listing and will make sure there is no misleading claim about full Apple-certified MagSafe compatibility. If that language was misleading in any way, we will correct it — thank you for catching that.

📬 Return & Refund Process

Regarding the return:

Yes, we do provide a prepaid label when the issue is confirmed to be our fault (wrong item, product defect, misrepresented listing).

If our team failed to include that in your case, that’s not acceptable — and we take full responsibility for the confusion.

Our customer service team is based overseas, and while some emails may contain language imperfections, the intention is always to help resolve issues, not to ignore or frustrate.

You are fully entitled to a refund if the product is not as described — we do not keep customers’ money for faulty items.

Quality of Shoes and Service is fantastic

Quality of shoe is fantastic, and the customer service has been even better, I had a small little part of the shoe sole start to detach. It was barely detached but I didn't want it to continue after only 3 months.. I emailed their warranty department and boom received a email back within a day or 2. They had already generated an order number for a brand new pair! I received them a few days later and did not have to bother to return the defective ones. So..Great shoes, great service! All I want from Flux is a new version that has a bit more cushion and certified anti slip for a 10 hour shift behind the bar!
