If I could give a zero, I would. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. We booked through Priceline and didn't receive an email confirmation; I had to request one. Nowhere on the confirmation, email, or app did it mention that we needed to arrive two hours early. We arrived 40 minutes early, only to find the baggage desk had closed 45 minutes prior. There was no staff available to answer questions. When we called, we were put on hold, and by the time we reached someone, we had missed our flight. The representative was unfriendly, blaming us for not checking their website for additional details, which were never provided in their app. The representative's attitude was condescending and rude. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid flying with this airline.
