I put an order in for RayBan Meta…

I put an order in for RayBan Meta glasses and have been trying for over a week to get confirmation that they can make the lenses. They responded 1 time but gave me no details. So far my experience has been less than good. If I don't hear back in 2 days, I am contacting AMEX and contesting the order.

Horrible

Horrible. It’s next to impossible to get a hold of anybody in support. I had to reach out to them on Twitter just to get some to help me. Why is it so hard to reach someone either via chat email or phone call when you have problems. This is what’s wrong with these tech companies. They don’t understand customerservice at all. It’s just all algorithms.

I moved from Hostek to InMotion a…

I moved from Hostek to InMotion a couple weeks ago and I could not be happier! I can actually get a real person on the phone or chat quickly. They go out of their way to help. Their servers are fast and well secured. It is such a breath of fresh air coming off of Hostek to InMotion! They are a great host especially since you can pick up the phone and get someone who knows what they are doing. Outstanding!

Absolute disaster

Absolute disaster. I have been with Hostek for about 15 years and they used to be great. Now the only way you can get support is through email which is slow and inefficient. Their security is non-existent. I had three sites get hacked because the servers are open for attack. When I needed help to get things fixed, there was little to none. They do respond to emails and try but email doesn't work when you need to speak to someone. I tried moving my sites to a dedicated server and they did a terrible job. Half the services were not moved properly and no one went over anything with me. I decided enough was enough and moved everything to InMotion where they have chat support and phone support where I can actually speak to a person who has time to address my issues. Hostek's support is grossly understaffed. It's a real shame because they used to be an amazing host but now they are awful. I have spent weeks moving my sites and digging myself out of this mess. I offered to pay for their time and services if I could get someone to help and there are simply no options. I would have been happy to pay for their time. Before you commit to Hostek, look at your support options and you will find the only option is email. If you need help, you are basically on your own with simple email responses. You are not going to get the time and attention you need if you have something happen to your sites. They need better security. Our security company even told me when they scanned our websites a year ago that their entire hosting environment was full of Russian hackers. I should have listened. I have moved almost everything over and cannot wait for the day I can tell them to shut everything off. It's been embarrassing and frustrating to say the least. I was their biggest fan and was a supporter for 15 years. Not anymore.
