Tech was very thorough. Diagnosed my issue immediately. Sent me strp-by-step directions on how to make the necessary changes on my phone.

I like how the Blo-Skin leaves your face feeling so smooth and soft.
The ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was in the 'normal' time frame.
the only issues I personally have with the product:
* It does not reach my ears as easily as it looks on
the video. I have to really stretch the ear pieces.
* I find it a bit difficult to place back on the paper
once I am finished using it....because the ear
pieces are so stretched out.
Is there something I am doing wrong?
I will continue to use this product and look forward to great results.
