Cowboys

Awful, lying company, with foreign script-reading customer services (who could not care less and pass the buck). I placed an order on 02/10 (2025) and still haven't received it. I've not been provided with any tracking details whatsoever, and my confirmation email states delivery between 07/10 - 9/10. I've used the Freemans online chat services twice, I've called the customer services five times, I've emailed four times, and each time I've been met with the same excuse, "We've escalated the issue and we're looking into it". I'm the customer yet I'm the one having to chase for my money, Freemans hasn't once been in contact to reassure me. My legal right is that if I do not receive an order by the agreed date, I am entitled to a full refund. This is now theft.

Every time that I now submit a review…

Every time that I now submit a review for an item on Ocado, it's never posted, and I've also had a few of my older reviews deleted. This sort of thing makes me distrust the company.

Stale and flavourless

I received the chocolate chip and funfetti 'Cookie Nuggs' today and they were horrid — they were crumbled in the bottom of the packet and tasted stale and hard, with no flavour whatsoever. I've also ordered some 'Happy Birthday' cookies for my niece, I'm hoping they don't taste the same.
UPDATE: My niece's 'Happy Birthday' cookies were also stale and flavourless (shocker). I won't be returning or recommending to others. Do better, Stephanie Giordano!
