Awful, lying company, with foreign script-reading customer services (who could not care less and pass the buck). I placed an order on 02/10 (2025) and still haven't received it. I've not been provided with any tracking details whatsoever, and my confirmation email states delivery between 07/10 - 9/10. I've used the Freemans online chat services twice, I've called the customer services five times, I've emailed four times, and each time I've been met with the same excuse, "We've escalated the issue and we're looking into it". I'm the customer yet I'm the one having to chase for my money, Freemans hasn't once been in contact to reassure me. My legal right is that if I do not receive an order by the agreed date, I am entitled to a full refund. This is now theft.
