Very bad experience

Very bad experience. They never sent any notice about delays in delivery. When I wrote to them to see what was going on, they finally confirmed that there was an issue with order (to the brand). I had to cancel one of my orders as I already waited more than two weeks at that point. Don't trust their estimate delivery date.

We always try to guarantee the delivery times indicated on our website. Because we work with a lot of different suppliers, it is possible that there may sometimes be delays. In most cases, we are notified of delays in time by our suppliers so that we can also inform our customers in time. In this case we were unable to inform you in time. Once again our apologies for the inconvenience.
