Had an issue with the drive through car wash - paid 8.00 and it stopped working after 30 seconds - I sent a complaint for a refund and have to say my dealings with them were outstanding and issue resolved - Thankyou

Ordered a winter coat - arrived week later poorly packaged - the coat was very poor quality and does not look like the one in the pictures.
You have to email them to generate a return - which is to China ! Postage is as much as the cost cost - they say they will refund 25 percent and you can keep the coat - even they don’t want them back ! Wish I had read the reviews as they are terrible - keep away !
