We are new to short term letting and i must say that we are so lucky to have found Jo and her company seven living for our property management. Extremely friendly and supportive from day 1. Very happy to stay with seven living.

Quite disappointed actually. We needed sofa quickly like within 4 weeks. We chose one which was 3 weeks delivery. As soon as we ordered it went to 5 weeks. No good. Had to choose another one , more expensive. And now as time was wasted we ordered the one week express. After a week we had message that it could not be made in 1 week and now12 weeks wait. Obviously I think this was given to someone else as I chose finance (I didn’t need to really but it was an option)
So had to cancl that order and chose yet another sofa even more expensive. Even after that and paying full , the online tracking provided zero tracking. And I was nervous until the sofa actually arrived in the living room. I just hope the sofa lives up to the expectation.
