Bait and Switch Marketing is the bottom tier

I hated this sites marketing so much. Another company with the worst tactics ever, bait and switch. Emails come in all the time .. FREE SPINS!!

It is always a lie. It's really a scam to get you to visit the site, hope you still want to play even though you didn't get any spins. . and deposit. Well I'll promise you this .. I'll never deposit on pride alone after pulling that nonsense. Your marketing team needs to stop sending emails pretending getting a 1 in 350 chance of unlocking spins is "UNLOCK INSTANT AND PLAY."

It makes customers hate you.

I completed an offer for Lootably…

I completed an offer for Lootably almost 3 months ago via their offer wall. I was not compensated after clearing all of the steps. I found the customer service e-mail and contacted them for assistance with my issue on Dec 4th. It has now been over a month and I have yet to even recieve a reply.

I would caution anyone from using this service or performing any tasks because there is no customer support department to help. There is no possible excuse for over a month response times other than intentionally frustrating legitimate users so they dont receive deserved compensation..

Avoid at all costs.

Once good; Now the same scams as the others




Keep in mind i have previously written a glowing review. I even fought trustpilot taking it down... so i am not a random hater.

Unfortunately I have to recinde my previous praise and advise users to no longer trust or use this offerwall. I am not sure what has changed but it seems they have gone dramatically downhill. They state most tickets are resolved in 3 business days... it was more like 8 or 10 but that was not an issue. Now I have had multiple tickets open for weeks without even being picked up.

The biggest issue is that since MyChips structures it's rewards where one must be completed before the next unlocks you essentially will never get a chance to complete anything of value due to their support not picking up tickets before the timeframe for task completion has expired.

The wildest part is that the task in question is a complete x number of games task. Complete 5 tracked... complete 100 tracked.... but not any of the ones in between. You'd think the site would have a built in automatic fix for this. I wish I could love you again MyChips. You broke my heart.

You can only do a game once. When a provider can't support their offers to this level... where you lose the ability to attempt tasks you can never complete again. It's disappointing.

Review of Tapjoy

Customer Support? In my OfferWall? It's more likely than you think...

I am honestly confused at the rating. I have used every offerwall and GPT site know to man and TapJoy is just on a completly different plane of existence than basically all of the others. The industry standard somehow seems to be around 3-6 weeks for a first response.... not even a resolution. TapJoy, on the other hand, has never taken longer than 24 hours to resolve any issue I've had with reward posting.

It is a bit frustrating how it seems you are basically required to submit a ticket for any task with a significant reward amount. I've had task after task track fine until I get above the ~$10 range and from then on I am forced to submit a ticket.

At the end of the day though I am more than willing to deal with that inconvenience to know that my ticket will be resolved in under 24 hours 99.9% of the time and, more importantly, I will receive every reward that I earn. I'll never get over how sad it is that we have an industry allowed to exist where that is something I can be excited about..... but that's where we are.

My summary is basically: If you the terms and instructions you will be paid for your rewarded task. If not, you can contact support and will actually get a response (and most likely a resolution) within 24 hours. Just make sure attribution shows it worked before spending time earning.

Review of MyChips

An OfferWall That Actually Works.

I say this as someone who has, without exaggeration, used around 50-55 GPT apps in the past years. As any of you who use a bunch know... the apps are just different skins or ways to access the big groups of offerwalls that are the same no matter what app you use.

MyChips. OfferToro(Torox), Digital Turbine, TapJoy, AdGate and the random others that show up.

Of all of those... Only two actually have any type of real customer service. TapJoy and MyChips. Now TapJoy has slightly better customer service response times but MyChips has better offers and better outcomes.

I can honestly say that MyChips has never not paid me for a reward I deserved. That sounds like the most basic thing you could say about an app like this ... but if you think that you haven't been completing offer wall rewards very long. That is literally the highest praise you can give a wall... considering most consider customer service a luxury item their users don't deserve.

For example, Digital Turbine had a 30+ day wait for a first reply. I can guarantee they will not resolve the problem that first response, or the third, or fourth... or ever. Same with other walls... you are lucky if you get a response that insults your intelligence or makes you want to scream.

MyChips not only fixes issues with tracking but they don't pretend to not understand your issue or request the same piece of information over and over in an attempt to have you give up put of frustration and steal your reward.

I know that when regulation finally comes to these offer walls, which is only a matter of time with how reckless and plain scammy most operate, MyChips will be one of the few that won't immediately go out of business.

MyChips. I think I love you. Will you marry me?

I can only provide this as a cautionary…

I can only provide this as a cautionary tale to anyone wanting to know the reality of how this company operates.

I signed up for FreeCash and was greeted by a list of tasks to complete and the compensation I would be provided for doing so... I should have know better. I started and completed a few tasks for 0.50 or 0.75 and was credited fine.... the issue came once I actually earned enough to be worth it.

I completed an offer for the game Dice Dreams by Superplay. The listed task was "Reach Kingdom 23" and due to some lucky rolls and winning one of the daily tournaments I was able to get there I'm a couple hours of game play.




My reward was denied "Due to unusual behavior" which basically means I completed faster than the normal user. This can happen and if was just a review it wouldn't be warranting this review....

....but with FreeCash it seems they definitely view it as an opportunity to not pay their users what they promised (You will notice this theme fast using the site. Any large reward will have an excuse to why is was denied). There is no appeal process. There is no recourse. You are labeled a cheater and have no way to vindicate yourself.

FreeCash operates with no customer support in practice. There is no actual help. Tickets require months of time with no fix. You are denied any award they can find a reason and plenty they can't.

I honestly wouldn't dedicate your time to gaining these rewards. All you need to know about them is their latest promotion with Stake.us. They have FIVE places on the site, including a video, that speaks about receiving a 25% bonus in 5 minute after registering. When it didn't happen I spoke with support on the Stake end and they advised there are no rewards that come that fast and FreeCash knows that. Another example of deceitful and anti user practices.

Until they decide it is worth spending a bit on actual customer support and pledge to pay users what they promise when they deserve it, and drop the guilty and not able to prove innocent mindset, save your time. You will just end up like me... so angry you are finding someone to contact to male legislation that holds GPT sites accountable to their contracts.

I promise I won't stop until I find them either. I know the FreeCash team loves to laugh at users who get upset about not getting paid and thinks they are invincible. I hope they rethink their practices before thinking that this time. It is not fair, i's not right and not sustainable as a business strategy.


UPDATE: Despite the claims in their reply FreeCash.com absolutely did not reach out to me in any way or via any contact method. In fact, things have only gotten worse with the introduction of more Almedia products.
