We have the following information on our website regarding changes and cancellations: Due to the very low promotional price, it is only possible to change your booking at a later stage in certain cases. Change costs resulting from errors are entirely borne by the booker and amount to a minimum of € 19.95 per change. In principle, it is not possible to cancel your booking free of charge once you have received confirmation of your booking from us. If you want to cancel, you can contact our customer service and they can check what costs you can still cancel the booking.
We have checked the costs but unfortunately it was not possible to cancel your booking free of charge.
