Worst company. I have registered using the app just to test the platform. And now they spamming me with calls wanting me to add money to trade on their platform. I would not recommend registering with them as they will spam you weekly with phone calls.

I was really hypied about this platform, especially the low FX fees. However, during the registration process, I entered some wrong information about my income and now I have to wait a whole month for the cool-down period. I am really disappointed.

We understand your point but must follow strict internal policies when opening accounts. During the sign-up process, clients need to provide specific details, and in some cases, accounts may be placed in close-only mode with restrictions for security purposes.
The account will remain in close-only mode after one month, but the account holder will have the option to update the financial information. If the circumstances change, the restrictions will be lifted once the details are updated.
