It was super easy to use, the ticket prices were affordable, and the automatic check-in was honestly the best part, it made everything so simple. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with your company. During our visit, we encountered a complete lack of responsibility and respect toward customers from your staff. The woman working there was disrespectful and unhelpful. Additionally, the payment terminal was not working, which caused a significant delay in our travel plans. Ultimately, we were unable to rent the car as we didn’t have enough time to wait.

This was a very negative experience, and we are extremely frustrated and irritated.
