Hi recieved my oil yesterday but it looks so thick is that normal or can I do something to it to make it clear.

Hi Samantha, Are you able to take it down to the shop so we can have a look please? There are a few factors that can cause this, the cold being one of them. Pop down and we will ensure everything is to your satisfaction or replace it for you.

I always order salamanca but put in the notes I actually want chrystal menthol. But this time when I ordered I received salamanca but I don't know if that was my fault I can't remember if I put in the notes. I cannot fault you at all all my other orders are spot on thank you keep up the good work.
