I got a personal WhatsApp message from Ana regarding the dispatch of my item, offering to help if I had any problems with my order, which I needed when I required an alternative size. Ana was extremely helpful, answering my message on a Sunday and organising a re-order of a new size and return on my behalf, it was like a virtual personal shopping experience that I've never had from other brands. I thought it was exceptional at a time when most brands rely on faceless communications and QR codes. Fantastic experience.

Excellent service. I needed a new washing machine and headed straight to Corbetts in Chipping Norton. The assistant in the store was knowledgeable and helped make my purchase very easy and a few days later, my new machine was delivered while the old one was taken away at the same time. The price of my new machine was the same as online. I Would recommend them. Very happy.
