Customer service is great
Customer service is great. We bought 3 lights, all the same and our electrician sucessfully installed 2, but had issues with the 3rd. BTC is replacing the 3rd one. So refreshing to have personal support from a company. We have bought previous fixtures from BTC as well and love the look and quality of the products.
