Please don’t just trust them
2 months after my holiday and still waiting for a refund.
Not only did this company ruin the start to a very important last holiday for my elderly mother, they insulted me and as good as called me a liar
I was charged £190 for a private car which never arrived at the airport in Thailand, leaving 3 women stranded. One of which was 84 years old. Away holidays did absolutely nothing to help us.
Upon our return, I have had countless telephone calls and emails trying to get a refund. I was told by Ian, who originally took my booking that he didn’t charge me that amount. He then became very aggressive and argumentative with me virtually calling me a liar.
Eventually, I had to demand transcripts of the original phone conversations, which took a month to send.
I was vindicated by proving them wrong. However. I am still waiting for them to pay me.
I agree with peoples comments on here. Lovely customer service when they are taking your booking. Probably lovely holiday if nothing goes wrong. BUT, when it does, then customer service disappears and hostility takes its place.
I’ve asked for a written apology from Ian but he hasn’t even got the decency to apologise for his rudeness.

Why should these companies get away with treating customers in this way.
They thought I would not challenge them and get away with ripping me off.
If you do use these people then make sure you get everything booked itemised. And I do mean everything. That way they can’t try to rip you off.
I was told that they couldn’t give me a break down after the holiday as it is booked as a package with discounts.
All tour companies offer a package but can still give you an itemised breakdown
